Over the years, Level 10 Fitness Inc. has established itself as an elite professional training service working with athletes from many of Canada's Provincial and National teams, the NFL, CFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, MISL, as well as many of our high school and university teams. Our approach to training has helped many Level 10 Fitness Inc. athletes earn CIS, NAIA, NCAA Div. I & II scholarships and also move up the ranks from Provincial to National Teams.

  • Our athletes are put through a comprehensive assessment including strength & conditioning testing, flexibility/postural analysis, and movement screens.
  • We believe in developing athletes according to their individual needs such as physical maturity, strengths and weaknesses, imbalances, and injury history, combined with position and sport specific requirements.
  • At Level 10 Fitness Inc. our athletes do basic fundamental exercises correctly and progress at a rate which enhances a sound athletic foundation.
  • We integrate injury prevention exercises each session and guide athletes safely through graduated levels of exercise.
  • We believe that elite performance in sports is dependent on many factors coming together such as power, speed, strength, agility, flexibility/mobility, aerobic & anaerobic endurance, and a belief in yourself.
