Numerous volleyball players from all skill levels have sought out Level 10 to help improve their on-court performance through strength & conditioning. Level 10 has worked extensively with UBC men's and women's volleyball teams, North Shore high schools, and BCO club volleyball.
We believe that elite performance in sport is dependent on many factors coming together; power, speed, strength, agility, flexibility/mobility, aerobic, and anaerobic endurance. Level 10 uses multi joint strength and power exercises with our volleyball athletes. Our athletes see vast improvements in their power and strength, leading to an improved vertical jump, spike and lateral quickness on the volleyball court. Level 10 focuses on pre-habilitation exercises for common trouble spots in volleyball such as the shoulder, knee, and ankle to help keep our athletes on the court, healthy and at the top of their game.
