Bio

Steve Williams completed his Bachelor of Arts, Honours Kinesiology & Physical Education degree at Wilfred Laurier University where he also represented the University in two different Varsity sports (Football and Rugby). During his time at Laurier, Steve helped the Golden Hawks win the 2005 Vanier Cup in Football, was an OUA All-star in Rugby, was named the WLU Lettermen Club President, and received the Bill Haggstrom Award as the Male Contributing most to Athletics. Steve began is prestigious athletic career right here in North Vancouver at Handsworth Secondary where he was a Provincial All-star in Football, a North Shore All-star in both Football and Rugby and he competed provincially in Track. During his High school and University years, Steve was highly involved in the many programs run by Level 10 on the North Shore and truly has come full circle in joining the Level 10 staff. Steve has an extensive background in Olympic Lifting and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Steve epitomizes the intensity and the commitment to excellence that Level 10 trainers have come to be known by.
